Intensives

Regular, weekly therapy sessions do not suit everyone either due to the time constraint of having to schedule time off for weekly appointments or because of a desire to have a more intensive space sooner than a waiting list might allow, to work things out quickly and at a deeper level. A therapy intensive can be a great way to invest in getting your goals clarified and your level of self-understanding increased in a short space of time.

Therapy intensives are schedules for 90 minutes to up to half a day. They are suitable for individuals and couples who wish to have an intensive space where goals can be worked on, without a need to rush the talking, learning or processing of any of the issues raised. Anything that is causing strain or pain in relationships (this includes a persons relationship with themself) can be dealt with in an intensive such as the issue of broken trust, infidelity, low mood, conflict or communication difficulties. Individuals may also value an intensive in order to look at their own individual mental health needs, to discover their own attachment style or to work on a plan to tackle their low mood.
